PLEASE SHARE! 4:18 am Monday, March 23, 2020 @ 347 Old Chena Pump Rd, Fairbanks, Alaska in the Chena Pump Plaza by Lemongrass and Lulu's Bread and Bagels.

The criminal added a different phone number to our account ending in 33 and then removed our number. Tonight, iCloud showed that my iPad showed up on my find my iPad email - we are still waiting for law enforcement... We have video footage of the robbery. We don't care about what they did with breaking in and stealing - we only care that because they accessed our iCloud account and removed my number. I can no longer access my iCloud account. Yesterday, I did a lot of work with my iCloud account, changed bank accounts and made purchases. AND NOW I can no longer check my iCloud email or anything on my other 3 Apple devices including my MacBook Pro and iPhone.

Dear Tim Cook,

Today I woke up at 7:50 am with my iPhone 6 plus asking me to log in to my cloud account. I typed in my password and then went to find one of my many iPads to get the 6 digit verification code. But the code never showed up on my ipad nor my MacBook Pro. Then I noticed the same notification on all my Apple devices (asking me to login to my icloud account).

I decided to check my email and found that someone added a different phone number an hour earlier and then deleted my current phone number from my icloud account through 2 emails sent to me @ 6:52 am. On the bottom of the email it says "For your security, a trusted device is removed from your account if you erase it, or if we are no longer to trust the device for any reason. You can re-verify your device or add a new one in the Security section of your Apple ID account page.". So I decided to click on the link for "APPLE ID ACCOUNT PAGE" and found a phone number to call because I did not authorize this event.

Because someone changed my number, I could not authenticate my account through the Two-Factor Authentication. I don't know anyone who has a number ending with the numbers my iPhone said, and I have never had a number ending in with those numbers. My phone number was authorized ending in different numbers before this person de-authorized it. After an hour on the phone, I decided to head to work where I had 2 other ipads and perhaps one of the other ipads at work would have the 6 digit verification code.

On my way there, a customer messaged me on Facebook messenger that my store was broken into. Come to find out, someone stole my POS iPad Mini that was on the sales counter at 4:18 am. I have attached video footage of the break here.

2 hours after the break in of my business, they gained access to my account. With Apple Support unable to help me, I am asking to see if you can help me regain access to my iCloud account.  We filed a police report with the State Troopers. I have other emails with that account too.

This incident greatly affects the operation of my business and there is a lot of confidential information on my iCloud account. It's very hard to survive as a small business with our current economic situation that's affected by the pandemic.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
