Be Kind To Your Mind - Day 9 Coronavirus Survival Hacks Why we must always be kind to our minds, and 6 hacks on how to do so.

This short clip explains the importance of being kind to the minds of ourselves and those in our circle of influence (family, friends, colleagues, business partners, neighbours etc.).

We then delve into 6 simple hacks on to support the health and effectiveness of our brains, exploring areas such as food, fluid, oxygen, technology, stretching and more. These hacks in small, regular doses can really help optimise our mental fitness and productivity, especially in hard times of isolation and social distance. Consider this as mental fitness coaching to complement your physical fitness coaching!

With loving thanks to my children who helped me plan this video with a home lesson in the morning on 'Being kind to our minds'. Then, whilst staying safe, they played really nicely outdoors during our daily walk and activities including a dark chocolate egg hunt and tag followed by a game of noughts and crosses using natural materials.
