'CHICKEN LOCKDOWN' a traditionally prepared chicken recipe with limited resources under lockdown

CHICKEN LOCKDOWN is an experimental dish ( successful) inspired from " STAY HOME STAY SAFE" . It is prepared in traditional method but with limited resources. Thus the name CHICKEN LOCKDOWN. Coconut husk, shell and wood were used for heat which provide an additional flavour for the dish.
