Clearing the misinformation regarding the new 300% damage anoint | Borderlands 3

How this anoint ACTUALLY works. Since I've seen alot of misunderstanding regarding how it works. Basically its the same as dead eye. The anoint will activate above 90% of the bottom most HP bar, regardless of if its armor, shield or normal hp. Hope this helps!
