Covid-19 Misleading statistics every death being labeled as Covid-19

If you're infected with no symptoms or have recovered but have covid-19 antibodies and die in a car accident it can be counted as a covid-19 death.
statistics like this are very misleading and i think if they were done correctly you'd see a significantly lower mortality rate.
