You know that picanha is one of my favorites meats but a 30 days DRY-AGED PICANHA cooked in the TRADITIONAL WAY is by far the best thing you can put in your grill. This amazing prime picanha was dry-aged by me and I waited 30 days for it to be ready, all that time I was thinking about how to cook it and finally decided to cook it in the most possible traditional way I know...
