Elephants Pay Last Visit To Their Leader

Elephants are known for their intelligence and emotions. They live in prides and hence they protect themselves from other animals. The pride is lead by a leader, the leader decides where the pride will go and where it will have food. The leader is the key to the whole elephant pack. Therefore, each elephant pays a huge respect to his leader. Once the elephants were having their food in the forests of Sri Lanka and one Elephant from another pride came to challenge the leader of their pride. The leader responded and both of them got their tusks forced to each other. The leader of the pack didn't manage to win against the challenging elephant and hence lost his life. The whole pack came to visit their leader and pay their respect to him. The scientists say that elephants have a special part of the brain known as neocortex which helps them have emotions.
