Cake;
1/4 C. butter (half stick)
1/4 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. sour cream
pinch salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. vanilla almond milk (or regular milk)
1 egg
1/2 C. cake flour
Caramel;
1/4 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
pinch salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
