Resident District and City Commissioners have been directed to set up Sub- County COVID-19 task force teams to improve access to service delivery by members of the public. The Minister for the Presidency Esther Mbayo says the task forces will monitor any suspected cases of COVID-19 and respond to emergencies in their areas of operation.
