Observer confident 'circuit breaker' measures will help to reduce COVID-19 infections

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the address to the nation by Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Apr 3 was his third on the pandemic. The multi-ministry taskforce also spoke about new measures to break the chain of transmission. Dr Annelies Wilder-Smith, Visiting Professor from NTU's Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, shared her views on the latest measures.
