S6 AT HOME WORKOUT: CLEANS + CRAWLS (or the alternatives) Another day, another Stage 6 at home workout.

Today.... you'll need a timer, a 5m track (think the hallway or the loungeroom) and a weight to clean - 10-30kg depending on what you've got floating around :) Dead ball, kettlebell, backpack of textbooks, a child, a bag of dog food - the sky's the limit!

5 x 4 min rounds
Each round complete
4 x cleans
4 x 5m laps of weighted crawl*
2 x cleans
2 x 5m laps of weighted crawl*

*Weighted crawl = weighted lion or crab crawl. Alternatives are:
1. double the number of laps of an UNWEIGHTED crawl (ie. 8 x 5m laps then 4 x 5m laps of unweighted lion or crab) OR
2. double the number of laps of a WEIGHTED walk using a chest carry
