The BUCK stops here!

Today, we explore all things BUCK. A Buck is a great classification of drink that is as simple as a spirit, some ginger ale or ginger beer and some citrus. You’re getting thirsty already I bet. Let’s head behind the bar and I’ll give you a couple of Bucks. Cheers!

DARK AND STORMY:
1 ½ oz. Goslings Gold Seal Rum
Gosling’s Ginger Beer

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the rum and ginger beer. Splash in a healthy amount of fresh lime.


MOSCOW MULE:
1 ½ oz. Vodka
Ginger Beer

Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice. Pour in vodka and top with Ginger Beer. Squeeze in fresh lime juice.
