Boris Johnson says only when '5 tests' are satisfied can we lift the UK's COVID-19 lockdown PM Boris Johnson addressed the nation from 10 Downing Street with what he called a 'roadmap' for moving the country forward and beyond the coronavirus crisis.

Mr Johnson insisted that 'we must stay alert' in maintaining the national lockdown - and that social isolation will not be lifted in the weeks to come if 'the 5 tests' cannot be satisfied.
