You'll use a moderate size kettlebell (20kg or 24kg for men, 12kg for women) and perform the following on your non-dominant arm FIRST...
5 x 1-Arm Swings
4 x Snatches
3 x Cleans
2 x Squats
1 x Press
Then you'll park the kettlebell and start the complex again on your dominant arm.
A complex is a series of exercises done back-to-back-to-back.
You must complete all reps of the first exercise before you start the next exercise.
