MK11 - Rating ALL Competitive Variations (IN DEPTH DISCUSSION)

We haven't done a tier list type video for a long time, and as it's been a while and especially as the community is looking at customs heavily right now, Mustard decided to do a new list but in a different way.

Instead of a traditional tier list, we take a look at every single competitive variation and rate it based on what it does for the character? Does it make them super strong? alter their gameplan for better/worse? does it even help the character? All is discussed here.

No timestamps because there are basically 100 variations here, they are placed one at a time based on which is next so it should be easy to find specific variations!
