More than 2 million people in the world are affected by COVID-19, and while more than 500 000 have died, governments still seem to be lost in making policies to fight the disease. This is why, in times of insecurity, misinformation and stigmatization, humanitarian actors and procedures can play a fundamental role in guiding governments to an effective management of the crisis…
