Do as much as works for you today, it may be 1 minute or it may the whole session ... keep coming back to do a little bit more each time and you'll see the progress you're making.

Keeping active is important for your physical and mental wellbeing.
The following programme includes suggestions of exercises you may find beneficial to help keep you active at home.
If you have any concerns about your ability to undertake these exercises, please consult your doctor first.
Please do not attempt any exercises that you do not feel confident with, or that give you any pain or discomfort.
Please ensure you have adequate space around you – removing any trip hazards or obstacles – you are feeling well and hydrated, you have water and medication you may need close by and are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
