Hey all! Taking a look at the new legendary bow that comes in Season of Arrivals, the Whispering Slab. It definitely looks the 'Slab' part. It's probably one of the first new weapons you'll get, coming from the Drifter's new Umbral setup he's got going on down in the Tower basement. You can also tweak your rewards this season, ensuring that you'll get one of these new Darkness weapons if you want it, so getting it shouldn't be too difficult. As for the bow itself, I got kind of a 'Point of the Stag 2.0' roll on this one, with Archer's Tempo and Vorpal Weapon. Even though Bows are anywhere close to the meta, I definitely loved Point of the Stag from last season, and having that roll on this kinetic bow worked out pretty well. Also, why does this thing remind me of a Pterodactyl? I can't be the only one, right?
Anyways, I combined this with the Recluse, and the also-new legendary sword, Temptation's Hook, which brings back the Bolt-Caster from D1! Well, the Caster frame, anyway, which is gonna be pretty freaking great for Crucible, besides the PvE side.
