In the next few days, the EU is set to re-open its borders to foreign countries; but this isn't a universal offer, countries need to fulfill certain terms to qualify. One country that doesn't is the United States of America due to their handling of COVID so far, which means that Europe won't be allowing Americans in on the 4th.
