Living in Kaikoura with his parents has been great for 23-year-old Rufus Henry, but he is ready to spread his wings and follow in his siblings’ footsteps by moving out and living independently. But living in a small town with Down Syndrome has meant that Rufus hasn’t had many chances to meet people like himself. On a road trip to Christchurch he meets some new friends and gets a taste of life in the big city.
