Like I said above, all of these vegan, plant based staple foods for weight loss have been key on my journey - especially broccoli. If it wasn't for them, I don't think I would have been able to lose 45 lbs in 10 months as easily as I have. These staples are also perfect if you are following The Starch Solution or The McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss. These plant based foods are also great to have if you are a beginner to the plant based world and if you are looking to lose weight on a plant based diet.
