These general officers were almost certainly crazy

These American general officers did things that played with the thin line between cunning and crazy, but they were awesome at their jobs so most everyone looked the other way. A Navy Admiral who liked ninjas a bit too much, General Custer and his absurd obsession with dogs, and General 'Mad' Anthony Wayne with his unique take on tactics.
