Market commentator Zak Mir says the majority of investors are now eyeing companies set to benefit from the lifting of lockdown - such as Card Factory (LON:CARD) and French Connection (LON:FCCN). ''Ironically a lot of these companies which have bounced back are companies which weren't doing very well even before lockdown'', Mir says.
''It's been quite bizarre - you can catch Covid on a plane and people are buying aviation stocks ... as you can also catch it in a shop and people are buying retail .. it's completely counter-intuitive''.
