On Tuesday, February 23rd, at 7:15 in the morning, Tiger Woods got into an accident in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. He sustained multiple leg injuries after his vehicle rolled. Woods was immediately rushed to surgery by ambulance. The LA County Sheriff's Department revealed in a brief statement that the five-time Masters champion had to be extricated from his vehicle with the jaws of life. The vehicle sustained major damage. A local news affiliate's aerial footage of the situation showed that Woods' vehicle not only rolled over on its side but also sustained heavy damage to it's front end. Air bags appeared to have deployed and the wreckage seemed to be just off the side of the road on a hillside. Woods was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
