[10] Setup CORS, Morgan and Concurrently - Ecommerce Tutorial using MERN Stack

In this tutorial I installed cors to prevent cross-origin errors since we are using different ports for our frontend/backend during development. I installed morgan as well to display in regards to incoming HTTP request from the client. Instead of having to run two separate terminals (i.e one for frontend & other for backend), I installed a package called concurrently to run together. Finally, I added additional scripts within package.json on the server-side to allow concurrently to work.
