How To Get Tenant Buyers In Your Property - Samuel Leeds

A Tenant Buyer is when somebody rents your property with a view to buying it down the line. It means that you have no void periods, no management and don't have to worry about the tenant paying late or damaging the property. Why would a tenant damage a property that they are invested into buying themselves? I am personally selling some of my smaller property deals to put into bigger deals, however, sometimes it is hard to sell a property when your tenant is in love with the house and has made it into a home. Rent To Buy is a very popular scheme both for landlords and tenants alike and can be a win/win similar to a purchase lease option agreement but where you actually live there.

I rang one of my tenants to see how they were getting on and decided to offer them to opportunity to buy it from me while renting it still. During this current epidemic crisis with coronavirus (COVID-19) it seemed a good solution to bring complete peace of mind for me as a landlord and her as a long term tenant.
