Instant Stuffed capsicum also commonly known as Bharwa Shimla mirch Happy Cooking

Ingredients required
1. Capsicum 2 medium size
2. Onion and tomato - 1 medium size
3. Boiled potatoes - 2 medium size
4. Coriander - few
5. Red chilly, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder - 1 spoon
If u wish you can add chicken or paneer instead of potato.

Preparation Method

First clean the capsicum and remove all the seeds by making a hole from the top. Once cleaned stir fry the capsicum on light medium flame and keep it aside.

Now take oil in another sauce and once the pan is hot put little cumin (zeera) seeds and add onion, tomato and fry the same till it's completely cooked. Now add the potato/chicken/paneer and put little water and cover the lid. Keepon cooking it for another 15 minutes till the gravy is completely cooked and dried. Keep aside the gravy to cool down.

Now take the fried capsicum and start filling it with the fillings. While filling make sure to press the fillings towards down as shown in the video so that capsicum is full of fillings. Once the filling is done keep the aside.

Now take the sauce pan and put few drops of oil. Once the oil is hot slowly put the capsicum into the pan - make sure that while doing this u don't break the capsicums. After 2 minutes add half glass of water in the pan and cover the lid and cook the same for 10 minutes. Make sure to keepon shifting the sides of capsicum so as to avoid burnings as well as to make sure that all the sides are properly cooked.
