In US news and current events today, Pres. Trump owns a 30% stake in a block-long Manhattan office building, which is valued at more than $1 billion. In 2012, Trump’s real estate partner refinanced the property for $950 million, $211 million of which was provided by the state-owned Bank of China. Trump, and the other owner of the property, are still indebted from the deal which must be paid by 2022.
