Have you ever found yourself in a period of intense mental distress? That’s what a mental breakdown, also known as a nervous breakdown can feel like. Some experience emotional breakdown progressively, while others feel it very suddenly. You may even find yourself unable to perform daily tasks due to the feeling of being overwhelmed.
