LSK: The president should dissolve parliament before 12th October this year

The judge stated that a reading of the constitution shows that the advisory by the Chief Justice will trigger action by the president without any further steps being taken. Further, the Law Society Of Kenya maintains that the president will be in violation of the constitution should he fail to dissolve parliament on or before 12th October this year
