Finding a comfortable position to relax, somewhere where you won't be disturbed.

Regular meditation is a gift that you can give yourself every day. A practice that will give you stillness, presence and cosmic consciousness. Meditation is progressive, so the more you do it the more it will help in your daily life. If you have started to feel that still present place in your meditations, this guided meditation can help you to take that unbounded, expansive, peaceful feeling into your everyday life. Having that peaceful calm but focused disposition while you are working, communicating with others or going about your daily life is an extraordinary feeling. As fleeting as it may feel at first, the more practiced you get at dipping into that unbounded, universal flow field, the more you will bring it into your daily life. And then it is like living gold, flowing creativity and connection with the infinite part of who you are.
Just like anything, the more you practice the easier it becomes.

This is also true for VISUALISING. Visualising to manifest your dreams and desires can be challenging for someone who feels like they can only see a picture of themselves, instead of looking through their own eyes and feeling what it would be like to experience what you are visualising. This is a key to manifestation.

Neuroscience suggests that your brain can not tell the difference between imagined experiences or real ones, IF you are imagining seeing from a first-person perspective, (out your own eyes). This guided meditation will help you to practice that feeling of looking through your own eyes, feeling through your body, tasting or smelling with your own senses, while doing things that are normal, natural and well practiced. The more you practice first person visualisations the more proficient you will be at manifesting your desires. You will be able to really see and feel them as already happening to you. The creation process is done on a vibrational level, once you have shown your brain what you are experiencing already.
